Hey I'm Adnan.

I wasn’t born with a perfect body I was the very skinny kid who spent hours watching professionals train, learning everything I could about fitness.

Over time, I started helping my friends in the gym, and seeing them transform lit a fire in me.

But the moment that truly shaped my purpose was watching my dad. He worked hard every day, wanted to lose weight, wanted to train, but always said he “didn’t have time.” I built him a plan that fit his lifestyle and the results were incredible.

Now, I help busy men around the world build muscle, lose fat, and transform their bodies all without sacrificing their careers, families, or lives outside the gym and I’d love to do the same for you.
